July 31, 2006 Special Meeting Agenda Item #10 Item Title Ratify the 2006-2009 Master Contract between the Clay County Education Association and the Clay County School Board Issue/Rationale Florida Statute requires the School Board to bargain collectively in the determination of wages, hours and terms, and conditions of employment for instructional personnel.  This agreement must be signed and ratified by the public employer and the public employees of the bargaining unit. Recommended Action Ratify the Tentative Agreement Financial Impact Approximately $10,867,520.00, plus approximately $638,000 for additional health insurance premium contributions. Submitted By Ira W.
